1. Assistant Level
> Level: Jr. Assistant/Assistant/Sr. Assistant/Supervisor
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Job Location: Head office/Branches
> Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (For Jr. Assistant Minimum Plus Two)
> Experience: Works in BFLs is preferable.

– Minimum: 18 Years Complete

2. Branch Manager
> Level: Jr. Officer/Officer
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Location: Branch
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Qualification: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; Preferred: Master’s degree
> Experience: Minimum 5 Years in BFLs
Age:
– Not Exceeding 40 Years
3. IT Department
> Level: Up to Officer
> Number of Vacancies: 1
> Location: Head Office
> Qualification: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; Preferred: Master’s degree
> Experience:
– Up to Supervisor: Minimum 3 Years
– Officer Level: Minimum 5 years in similar field.
Age:
– Up to Supervisor: Not exceeding 35 Years
– Officer Level: Not Exceeding 40 Years
4. Central Operation
> Level: Supervisor/ Jr. Officer/Officer
> Number of Vacancies: 1
> Location: Head Office
Qualification:
– Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
– Preferred: Masters degree
Experience:
– Supervisor: Minimum 3 Years
– Officer Level: Minimum 5 years in BFIs in related field
Age:
– Supervisor: Not exceeding 35 Years
– Officer Level: Not Exceeding 40 Years
5. Risk/ Compliance Officer
> Level: Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer
> Number of Vacancies: 1
> Location: Head Office
Qualification:
– Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
– Preferred: Masters degree
Experience:
– At least 5 years of experience in BFIs in related field.
Age:
– Not Exceeding 40 Years
